OEM/ODM China Hex Nut Sleeve Anchor - Zinc Plated Chemical Anchor Stud – Qijing Detail:
what is Chemical anchor stud?
Chemical anchor stud is a type of fixings without expansion function, which is composed of chemical adhesive and metal stud. It is widely used in the fastening and fixing engineering of concrete, brick wall and brickwork structure base, and can be used for the installation of embedded parts, equipment installation, highway bridge guardrail installation, building reinforcement and transformation after the curtain wall and marble dry hanging construction.
Adhesive anchors in masonry is easy to use, quick to install and easy to fix in the downward or horizontal position. It can also be installed in the area of critical edge without expansion setting. Since it is a stress-free fixation, it will not weaken the fixed material.
Product Features
The chemical anchor stud is made of low carbon steel, high strength carbon steel, stainless steel. The head has inner hex head, outer hex head and flat head. When installing, use different setting tools. Chemical adhesive mainly uses chemical capsule and injection resin.
It could also be fixed underwater and has a high pull-out value because the fastener becomes a bonded part of the material rather than a friction fastener.
Applications
Chemical anchor is mainly used for the connection of steel bar and threaded rod in concrete structure. It makes the bond stronger and more durable under high load, and can extend the application function from small fastening to building structural reinforcement. It is also applied to the continuous fixation of old houses. It is required to have good adhesion and load-bearing performance to insert steel frame into wall or partition wall or on foundation building. Concrete chemical anchor bolts are used to bond reinforcing bars to threaded rods or studs and have good strength to hold the connections in place and are strong enough to withstand loads. In the reconstruction of old buildings, the use of embedded reinforcement can improve the structural strength.
Installation
step 1. Pre drill a hole on the base plate, and then clean the inner hole with a brush.
Step 2. Inject the chemical adhesive agent until the resin mortar is bonded and mixed evenly.
Step 3. Fill with mortar from bottom of hole (about 2/3 depth of hole).
Step 4. Press the retainer down to the bottom of the hole while turning it slightly.
Step 5. Do not load before the specified curing time.
