On the morning 30th, May, 2022, Wu Dongke, Foreign Trade Department Manager in our company held a meeting, emphasizing the Importance of the Salesman’s Professional Ability.
On the meeting, Manager Wu noted that right now the the development prospect of our foreign trade is better and brighter than any time in the past. So every salesman in our department need to spare no effort to explore new customers, striving to realize the predetermined sales target in advance.
Mr. Wu also emphasized that the fast development of the foreign depends on staff’s hard work. While our daily work, each of worker should bear in mind the principles that our foreign trade department made : genuine attitude and attentive service to our customers, professional knowledge and theories of foreign trade, efficient working methods.
Wu said, “all the staff must remember firmly that our company’s fast development is based on our customers’ success. Without it, there would be no existence of our foreign trade department, let alone the staff’s job. Therefore, all the staff must know clearly our customers are our god, and we have to show them genuine attitude and attentive service. Because our work is just to satisfy the overseas clients’ reasonable requirements as much as we can.”

Wu added that the new employees need to get rid of anxiety that they have not get good orders. For them, it is crucial to learn the basic knowledge of our products, the concept of our company, the procedure of foreign trade and how to efficiently communicate with overseas customers. Only if they master all these things can they successfully get orders.
