What is square washers?
Square washers are a thin square plate with a hole that is normally used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener, such as a bolt or nut. Square Washer is equipped with advanced process, which has longer service life for use and there is no special need of maintaining. In addition, it realizes the function to enlarge the contact surface and reduce the stress concentration of the fastening force on the fasteners. Due to the high and reliable performance, it realizes the function to prevent damage of fasteners. Compared with ordinary product on the market, the flower pad and spring pad also prevent the nut from loosening.

Applications
Washers are placed on a bolt between the nut (on the threaded end) and the bolt head to distribute the load of a threaded fastener. Other uses are as a spacer,spring, wear pad, preload indicating device,locking device, and to reduce vibration.

Hot Dipped Galvanized
The main advantages of hot dipped galvanized washers are good solderability and suitable contact resistance. Due to its good lubrication properties, cadmium plating is commonly used in aviation, aerospace, marine, and radio and electronic products. The plating layer protects the steel substrate from both mechanical and chemical protection, so its corrosion resistance is much better than zinc plating. Hot-dip zinc has good corrosion resistance, sacrificial protection for steel substrates, high weather resistance, and resistance to salt water erosion. It is suitable for chemical plants, refineries and coastal and offshore operating platforms.
