what is Chemical anchor stud?
Chemical anchor stud is a type of fixings without expansion function, which is composed of chemical adhesive and metal stud. Product Features

It could also be fixed underwater and has a high pull-out value because the fastener becomes a bonded part of the material rather than a friction fastener.
Applications
Chemical anchor is mainly used for the connection of steel bar and threaded rod in concrete structure. Installation
step 1. Pre drill a hole on the base plate, and then clean the inner hole with a brush.
Step 2. Inject the chemical adhesive agent until the resin mortar is bonded and mixed evenly.
Step 3. Fill with mortar from bottom of hole (about 2/3 depth of hole).
Step 4. Press the retainer down to the bottom of the hole while turning it slightly.
Step 5. Do not load before the specified curing time.
